CotC shirts are screenprinted, using mesh screens to squeegee ink onto the shirts on automated presses.

Our shirts are printed with water-based inks, eliminating the use of plastisol inks containing PVCs and phthalates.  Water-based inks also soak into the shirt rather than stick on top of it, creating a fully breathable print that will not crack or peel.
